Unlikely love.

Rivetheads and Ravers usually hate eachother.
I just had to draw this. A relationship between a rivethead and a raver will probably never happen. ...But there's always possiblities, right?

Not everybody knows what a rivethead is so I'll give a short definition of one. Basically one who listens to Industrial genre music and can be very militaristic, etc. The common stereotype is that they really hate Ravers and want to stomp on them with their steel-toed boots. Ravers on the other hand are pretty self
explanatory.


That thing around the rivet's neck is a gasmask if you can't tell because I fail. Also these are my interpretations of a rivethead and raver. Don't attack me.

Maybe if both subcultures got along clubs would be a much more peaceful place. [maybe]

I spent hours on this thing trying to get this drawing right. In the end I'm pretty satisfied. Enjoy.

The Rivet's name is Pete, and the Raver is Desta. I might make a story about them. When I'm not lazy.


The thing is, something ironic about me is that by my musical taste I could possibly be the result of a forbidden love between a raver and a rivethead. I like hard, pounding, raw industrial and I also like tons of forms of techno/trance/dance/etc.
